Coordinate subcontractors for daily fiber optic installation, including trenching, cable tracing, conduit, fusion splicing, and testing. Organize on-site activities and manage access, permits, and logistics with local coordinators. Ensure work adheres to drawings, specifications, and safety protocols by conducting quality checks on splices, measurements, labeling, and handholes. Monitor compliance with VCA and RI&E regulations, reporting deviations to the project lead. Document progress, deliverables, and non-conformances in Workflow and the MORE app while preparing handover materials. Report additional costs or delays to the project manager. Work with high-security clients requiring strict adherence to procedures and discretion.
