Job Summary
Set daily work schedules and direct tradespeople and subcontractors on-site to oversee road, sewer, and earthwork construction. Motivate your team to maintain a positive work atmosphere while strictly enforcing safety standards and quality control. Coordinate activities across disciplines including earthmoving, asphalt, and green infrastructure to ensure project progress. Requires MBO-4 civil engineering degree, valid driver's license, and strong communication skills. Full-time position with competitive salary ranging from €4,000 to €6,000 gross per four weeks.
