Job Summary
Lead a pod of developers to build Agentic solutions using UiPath; provide technical guidance, design and oversight during initial stages of implementations and critical milestones; mentor engineers in RPA and UiPath features; develop sustainable UiPath-based solutions to drive customer adoption; evangelize UiPath by identifying client needs and expanding the UiPath ecosystem; strong presentation and customer-facing communication skills are required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in object-oriented programming (C#, C++, VB, Java, or Python preferred)
- 4+ years of experience developing in UiPath
- 2+ years of hands-on development in UiPath
- Experience with attended, unattended, and document understanding on the UiPath platform
- Experience configuring UiPath’s AI Trust Layer and LLM interfaces
- Experience in infrastructure related technology and integrating with common systems via APIs
- US citizenship
- Eligible for Secret clearance
