Job Summary
Design intuitive user interfaces for ecommerce websites, internal platforms, and web applications. Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and production-ready designs while collaborating with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation. Improve customer journeys across product pages, checkout, and post-purchase experiences by conducting UX research using analytics, customer feedback, and usability testing. Develop and maintain scalable design systems and UI component libraries, ensuring designs are responsive and optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. Continuously iterate designs based on performance data and user behavior, working closely with marketing teams to optimize landing pages and conversion funnels.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional UI/UX design experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing web, ecommerce, or SaaS design projects
- Expert proficiency in Figma
- Strong understanding of typography, spacing, hierarchy, and visual systems
- Experience designing responsive interfaces across multiple devices
- Familiarity with UX research methods and usability testing
- Understanding of user-centered design principles
- Ability to create interactive prototypes and developer-ready design specifications
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Desired Qualifications
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus
- Experience with Shopify or ecommerce platforms is preferred
