Job Summary
UI/UX Software Engineer responsible for building intuitive, responsive, browser-based interfaces, researching and designing software applications, implementing new functionality from customer requirements, and developing unit tests. Must communicate complex technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences. Must have active Top Secret clearance with SCI access and US Citizenship, and experience with Angular 17+, Tailwind, MapLibre, web APIs, Linux, and open-source libraries. Preferred BS in CS/CE/EE and experience with distributed version control, JSON Schema/OpenAPI, geospatial libraries, and data visualizations. Salary range $140k-$160k with comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI access
- Requires US Citizenship
- Experience with software development lifecycle and use of associated tools
- Experience with open-source libraries and frameworks like Angular 17+, Tailwind, and MapLibre
- Experience with web-based API design and use
- Experience developing software on and for Linux systems
- Exceptional analytical skills and problem-solving skills
- Good organization, decision making, and verbal and written communication skills
- High level of self-initiative and self-motivation with the ability to work under minimal supervision
- Ability to work effectively in team settings to solve complex problems
