Job Summary
Senior UI/UX Specialist for CBM+ systems focusing on designing intuitive user interfaces and dashboards, collaborating with data engineers and stakeholders, and contributing to data architecture planning for scalable CBM+ solutions. Responsibilities include designing and developing dashboards, applying UI/UX best practices for usable and accessible designs, supporting data visualization for maintenance and operational decision-making, translating complex technical requirements into clear workflows, and communicating effectively across technical and non-technical audiences. Required DoD Secret clearance, CompTIA Security+, 10+ years in related fields, and experience with dashboard tools (Qlik, Power BI, Tableau). Preferred experience with DoD/regulatory environments and DoD 8570 certifications.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Information Systems, or related field
- Active DoD Secret clearance
- CompTIA Security+ certification
- 10+ years of experience in UI/UX design, software engineering, dashboard development, data visualization, or related technical field
- Experience developing dashboards or data visualization solutions using tools such as Qlik, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of data visualization, interface design, data science concepts, and system architecture
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills
