Job Summary
Design user interfaces, prototypes, and wireframes for Salesforce applications by collaborating with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements. Create user-centric designs, develop interactive mockups, and conduct usability testing to iterate on concepts while ensuring adherence to Salesforce Lightning Design System standards. Implement customizations and configurations to achieve desired user experiences across all Salesforce applications. Maintain design consistency with brand guidelines and work within cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies. Obtain Public Trust Clearance to support government customers.
Required Qualifications
- Public Trust Clearance
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, with specific experience in Salesforce design
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design projects, specifically in Salesforce environments
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) and Lightning Components
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for design implementation
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
Desired Qualifications
- Salesforce certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder)
- Experience with mobile app design and responsive web design
- Knowledge of design accessibility standards
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Background in government or federal IT projects
