Job Summary
Lead UI/UX design for the core nonprofit software application using Figma, delivering visually compelling and user-friendly interfaces. Responsibilities include prototyping, wireframes, and storyboards for multi-module web applications with varying user permissions and feature tiers; ensure accessibility standards (ADA, WAI-ARIA) are incorporated; demonstrate prototypes through portfolios; work independently to identify user pain points and propose effective design solutions while collaborating with US-based product and engineering teams. This is a work-from-home role based in the Philippines with a schedule aligned to US Eastern business hours and a target of 42.5 billable hours per week.
