Job Summary
Craft visually striking, conversion-focused websites and landing pages that reduce friction and accelerate decision-making. Translate brand, product, and performance goals into sharp, intuitive interfaces while building and evolving design systems that scale across web touchpoints. Collaborate with growth, marketing, and product teams to launch and iterate fast, working closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect execution. Continuously optimize experiences using data, user behavior, and experimentation to bring speed, precision, and aspiration into every interaction. Requires 3–4 years of experience with a portfolio demonstrating modern aesthetics and real conversion impact, proficiency in Figma, and an understanding of CRO and funnel design. Bonus experience with Shopify and front-end constraints is valuable.
Required Qualifications
- 3–4 years of experience designing digital products, with a strong focus on web experiences
- A portfolio that demonstrates modern aesthetics + real conversion impact
- Strong command over visual design fundamentals—typography, layout, hierarchy, motion
- Deep understanding of user behavior, decision psychology, and UX patterns
- Proficiency in Figma and modern design workflows
- Experience designing responsive, high-performance websites across devices
- Ability to think beyond screens—connecting design to business outcomes
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Shopify design & development
- Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and funnel design
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end constraints
