Job Summary
UI/UX designer to collaborate with software developers and product teams to implement accessible front-end design modifications; develop standards for usability and accessibility; create interface designs, prototypes, and detailed specifications across web and mobile platforms; produce wireframes, sitemaps, diagrams, feature lists, process maps, mock-ups, and working prototypes; translate user needs, product requirements, and technical constraints into thoughtful UX solutions.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS in Information Technology or related field
- 8+ years of related experience
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end technologies
- Ability to create detailed UX assets including wireframes, user flows, and visual specifications
- Experience working within a cross-functional software development environment
- Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
- US Citizenship Required
- Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI with Polygraph
