Job Summary
Design user interfaces and experiences for corporate and marketing websites, creating wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs for new features and pages. Translate business and user requirements into clear, usable designs while ensuring consistency in layout, interaction patterns, and visual language. Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a shared design system by defining reusable components and UI patterns in collaboration with developers. Work closely with frontend and full-stack developers to ensure accurate implementation and partner with QA to verify designs are implemented correctly. Collaborate with stakeholders across marketing and web teams to support redesigns, migrations, and new-stack initiatives. Ensure designs meet usability, accessibility, and brand standards while advocating for user-centered design best practices.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web platforms
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking and UI design
- Experience designing responsive, web-based interfaces
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma (or similar)
- Strong understanding of usability, accessibility, and design best practices
- Comfortable working in distributed, cross-functional teams
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with design systems at scale
- Familiarity with CMS-driven websites (Drupal, WordPress)
- Basic understanding of frontend development constraints
- Experience in enterprise or multi-brand environments
