UI/UX Designer

Job Summary
The Intermediate UX/UI Designer will contribute to user research, design exploration, and delivery of intuitive UI/UX solutions across digital platforms. Responsibilities include applying user-centered design thinking, translating requirements into wireframes and interactive prototypes, presenting design insights, validating assumptions through discovery and usability testing, contributing to personas and journey maps, collaborating with developers to implement designs, and working within an interdisciplinary team of designers, researchers, product managers, and engineers. Required qualifications include 3–5 years of UX/UI design experience, proficiency with Figma, familiarity with design systems, accessibility best practices, and strong collaboration and communication skills. Working arrangement is Hybrid.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of dedicated UX/UI design experience
- Experience designing interfaces for mobile, tablet, and desktop
- Proficiency in creating wireframes, UI designs, and prototypes using tools such as Figma
- Exposure to working with or contributing to design systems
- Ability to collaborate effectively with product, engineering, business, and design teammates
- Good understanding of human-centered design principles and how to apply them in delivery work
- Willingness to share knowledge, learn from others, and grow design capability within the team
- Openness to feedback and continuous improvement
- Demonstrable skills in illustration, iconography, or visual communication are an advantage
- Basic familiarity with HTML5 and CSS3 is a plus
- Communication: Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to explain design ideas and rationale to team members and stakeholders
- Good command of spoken and written English
