Job Summary
Conduct user research with policymakers and civil servants to translate complex policy and financial workflows into intuitive digital experiences. Design end-to-end user flows, information architecture, and high-fidelity interfaces for monitoring platforms, dashboards, and AI-enabled tools. Build design systems and component libraries that ensure clarity, consistency, and accessibility across web and mobile environments. Collaborate with developers, AI engineers, and sector experts to deliver developer-ready assets and iterate based on usability testing and feedback. Contribute product mockups and prototypes to proposal development and concept notes, shaping Seismic's identity as a technology-enabled consulting firm.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, HCI, Engineering, or related field
- 3–7 years of proven experience in UI/UX design for complex systems, platforms, or enterprise tools
- Expert proficiency in Figma
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree
- Familiarity with frontend concepts (React, React Native, Tailwind/NativeWind)
- Experience designing dashboards, analytics tools, or government systems
