UI/UX Designer - Prepit

Job Summary
UX/UI Designer to drive the design efforts for Prepit's digital products. Create user personas, customer journey maps, user flows, wireframes, site maps and other UX documentation; design systems with reusable components; translate wireframes into tangible experiences; collaborate with development teams to integrate components; present designs to stakeholders; manage the full design workflow from wireframes to final delivery. Requires Bachelor's degree in UX/design or related field, minimum 3 years of professional digital design experience, proficiency with Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD/Adobe Creative Suite, data-driven mindset, strong UX principles, excellent communication, ability to manage multiple projects, a strong portfolio, understanding of responsive/mobile-first design, and familiarity with HTML/CSS/JavaScript is a plus. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in user experience, design or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a professional digital design role
- Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD and Adobe Creative Suite
- Data oriented and able to extract insights from product dashboards
- Strong understanding of UX/Ul design principles and best practices
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous work experience and design projects
- Understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first design
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and JavaScript is a plus
