Job Summary
Design intuitive, accessible user interfaces for web and mobile applications across iOS, Android, and responsive platforms. Lead the UX process from discovery through delivery, including user research, journey mapping, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design decisions with business requirements and technical constraints. Conduct usability tests, A/B tests, and user interviews to refine product experiences while building and maintaining a scalable Design System. Embed WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards into every stage of the design process and communicate rationale through structured presentations and annotated specs. Requires 2+ years of professional experience with a portfolio of shipped products, expert proficiency in Figma, and hands-on user research skills. Bachelor's degree preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with a portfolio of shipped digital products (web and/or mobile)
- Expert proficiency in Figma components, auto-layout, variants, prototyping, and developer handoff
- Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator (icons & vector UI assets) and Adobe Photoshop (asset optimisation & visual enhancements)
- Solid command of design fundamentals: layout, typography, colour theory, iconography, motion, and micro-interactions
- Hands-on experience with user research methodologies, interviews, surveys, card sorting, usability testing, and heuristic evaluation
- Proven ability to design fully responsive interfaces across multiple breakpoints and device types
- Understanding of front-end capabilities (HTML/CSS basics) to enable efficient collaboration with engineering teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
