Job Summary
Lead end-to-end product design from user empathy and ideation to pixel-perfect production and prototypes. Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define innovative features, deliver improvements within scope, and ensure concepts meet project goals through proactive stakeholder feedback. Apply strong analytical abilities and creative problem-solving to identify effective design patterns, utilizing data to drive decisions while maintaining deep customer empathy. Manage diverse stakeholder relationships with excellent communication skills, leveraging expertise in Figma and Overflow to execute well-defined design processes.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a related field
- Strong proficiency in product design with extensive and demonstrated expertise in visual hierarchy, layout, and information architecture
- Strong analytical ability with proven strength in suggesting creative solutions and innovative ideas
- A team player that is collaborative, and proactive, and has good communication to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Deep empathy and interest in keeping your customers' point of view in the forefront, constantly bringing questions back to what will serve them best
- Demonstrate the ability to identify effective design patterns and proactively improve them
- Good Understanding of Design Process and usage of data
- Excellent organizational and collaboration skills to manage a wide range of stakeholders
- Strong expertise with design software such as Figma and Overflow
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
