Job Summary
Experience Designer (UI/UX) responsible for contributing to design thinking, user research, usability tests, and creating mobile, tablet, and web experiences. Collaborate with developers and consultants to align design with technology requirements and business objectives. Stay current with design best practices and technologies while advocating for a culture of lifelong learners. Requires mastery of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools; strong typography and visual hierarchy; a compelling portfolio; and the ability to articulate design concepts and rationales. Bonus: motion design and development experience.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of UI/UX design experience
- Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and prototyping tools
- An in-depth portfolio showcasing digital projects
- Strong conceptual thinking and design execution in visual and interaction design
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for the digital space
- Experience in motion design and web or mobile development is a bonus
