Job Summary
Develop and implement design processes and methodologies while conducting design reviews to drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with designers, developers, and project managers to integrate design into business strategies, ensuring consistency across projects. Maintain design documentation and standards, providing guidance and mentorship to junior design process specialists. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in design process optimization. Requires 7-9 years of experience, B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech degree, proficiency in tools like Figma and Asana, and strong communication skills. Required Qualifications
- 7-9 years of work experience in relevant field
- B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech or MCA degree from a reputed university
- Understanding of user-centered design methodologies such as design thinking, user research, or usability testing
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Familiarity with interaction design patterns and principles such as affordances, feedback, or mapping
- Experience with design collaboration and project management tools such as InVision, Trello, or Asana
- Must have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
- Must understand the company's long-term vision and align with it
- Must be open to new ideas and be willing to learn and develop new skills
- Must be able to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities
