UI/UX Designer II

Job Summary
Develop and design UX frameworks, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and refined experiences iteratively, translating business objectives into intuitive workflows and visual interfaces. Analyze user behavior to gauge consumer experience and feature success, then write thorough UI design specifications and style guides using AI-assisted tools to draft, edit, and maintain documentation. Collaborate with clients, the design team, and the development team to plan implementation strategies and guide users through the product interface. Critically review and edit AI-generated content for accuracy, brand voice, and design intent before finalizing deliverables, ensuring UI/UX best practices and driving improvements in design methodology.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a UI/UX developer/designer
- Experience with Figma
- Familiarity with AI-assisted design and productivity tools (e.g., generative AI assistants) to support research synthesis, documentation, and workflow efficiency
- Excellent verbal, written and group communication and presentation skills; ability to utilize communication skills to effectively influence across functions and business units as well as across different leadership levels
- Excellent organizational & analytical skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Results-driven and execution-oriented personality, ready to take ownership and get results
- Core Business Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. M-F, Hybrid; these hours may vary depending upon your position and work requirements
- Status: Exempt
- Location: Brentwood, TN. HYBRID (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)

Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Design, Communication Design, Multimedia Design, or a similar field
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, React, and JavaScript
- Graphic Design, Animation, Interaction Design, or related experience
- Hands-on experience prompting or customizing AI-assisted tools for design-adjacent workflows (e.g., ideation, prototyping)
