Job Summary
Own the design and continuous optimization of the company website and landing pages, building a scalable design system with reusable components. Develop localized templates across nine markets including DACH, FR, IT, ES, UK, PL, and US, designing and shipping live pages end-to-end from concept to publication. Think in user journeys, conversion, and responsive design while collaborating with the Creative Director on brand direction. This role requires native German and strong English skills, with a competitive salary of €65,000–€90,000 and equity included.
Required Qualifications
- Several years of experience as a UI/UX or web designer
- Portfolio
- Experience with design systems
- Experience with localization across multiple markets
- German at native level
- Good English
