UI/UX Designer (Focus on UI, with UX experience)

Job Summary
Design and improve product pages, ensuring they are visually compelling, clear, and easy to navigate. Create campaign creatives that communicate our message clearly and encourage users to take action. Redesign existing website areas, identifying opportunities to improve user experience, engagement, and conversion. Take briefs, ideas, and campaign concepts and turn them into polished, high-quality designs. Use UX knowledge to determine where key information, CTAs, trust elements, and conversion components should be placed. Think through the user journey when designing new pages, making sure the flow feels natural and without friction. Help keep visual design consistent across the website and different campaign experiences. Adapt and improve designs quickly based on feedback and business priorities. Ensure designs are responsive and work well across desktop and mobile. This full-time, fully remote contractor role requires availability during EU hours (GMT). We seek a designer with a background in B2C/e-commerce or DTC design to join our international team.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer
- Strong portfolio of digital and web design work
- Strong UI design skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- High standard for visual quality
- Good understanding of UX principles
- Good understanding of conversion principles
- Experience designing responsive websites for both desktop and mobile
- Strong proficiency in Figma
- Ability to take a concept or rough brief and turn it into a polished, well-thought-out design
- CVs must be in English
- Portfolio showcasing relevant web/e-commerce design experience
- Background in B2C/e-commerce or DTC design
- Available during EU hours (GMT)
