Job Summary

Conduct usability testing and interviews with dentists and dental lab teams to identify workflow breakdowns, then translate findings into design changes for the mobile-first communication experience and operations dashboard. Design UX for AI-assisted workflows where model output meets human decision-making, ensuring interfaces build user trust. Take projects from rough concept through to dev-ready specs, collaborating directly with engineers and product managers. Work across multiple distinct user types within the unified platform to maintain a coherent experience as the product expands across surfaces.

Required Qualifications

  • 3–4 years of product or UX design experience

Desired Qualifications

  • B2B SaaS with non-technical end users is a strong plus

  • You can take a project from rough concept to dev-ready specs and work well with engineers to ship it
  • Strong in Figma, wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design — across both mobile and desktop
  • A clear communicator who can present work and take pushback from PMs, engineers, and execs without losing composure
  • You've designed for multiple distinct user types within the same product without muddling the experience
  • You think about how design affects whether users adopt and stick with a product — not just how it looks
  • Comfortable working in AI-assisted design workflows (Figma, Claude, Cursor)
