Job Summary
Design intuitive and consistent user experiences across web, mobile, kiosk, and signage interfaces for a multi-module B2B SaaS enterprise platform. Translate product requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs while collaborating with Product, Engineering, and QA teams. Maintain and evolve a design system/component library, ensuring designs account for tenant-specific branding, configurations, and varying feature requirements. Conduct usability reviews, iterate based on feedback, and provide developer-ready handoffs with precise specifications and annotations. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure designs are practical, technically feasible, and match the intended user experience.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of UI/UX design experience in B2B software/SaaS, preferably enterprise platforms
- Strong portfolio demonstrating the end-to-end design process from research and wireframing to prototyping and final UI
- Strong understanding of SaaS products and multi-tenant environments
- Proficient in Figma and experienced in designing responsive interfaces across web and mobile
- Able to create clear, developer-ready design specifications with minimal back-and-forth
- Good understanding of user-centred design, usability, and enterprise workflows
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with design systems/component libraries
- Experience designing multi-tenant or configurable enterprise platforms
- Basic understanding of frontend development and implementation constraints
- Experience in enterprise software, workplace/facilities technology, or other B2B domains
