UI/UX Designer – Developer

Job Summary
Design, configure, and develop SharePoint pages, web parts, and collaboration sites while creating content architecture comprising lists and libraries. Build new web pages, update intranet resources, and design Power BI reports and AI agents like Gemini and Copilot. Work closely with team leads and clients to understand project scope, follow timelines, and address issues by evaluating alternatives within established procedures. Exercise independent judgment to complete moderate to complex web design projects using standards-based coding and accessibility guidelines. Proactively communicate with onshore stakeholders to clarify deliverables and deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university
- Minimum three (3) years' experience in web design and development
- Proficient understanding of SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint 2019 content management and administration
- Proficient understanding of the best practices in user experience/usability (UX), user interface (UI) design, SEO optimization and accessibility
- Experience in interactive Web applications that utilize database components, including the creation of interfaces
- Must be able to work in a hybrid work model, allowing staff to work from home in Jamaica or in the office
- Employees must be in the office at least five days per month
- You are expected to use KPMG-approved Generative AI tools to support your daily work tasks
- Expected to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Will be working primarily in a paperless environment and expected to be using information systems for the entire workday to access data or perform activities
Desired Qualifications
- Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Excel; macros would be a plus
- Experience with Google Gemini and Microsoft Copilot AI is a plus
- Experience with Microsoft Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate and MS Forms is a plus
- Experience with Willis Towers Watson's Embark Web application is a plus
