Job Summary
Design and deliver user-centered UX/UI for web and mobile platforms within an Agile cross-functional team. Create flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile (iOS and Android). Apply user-centered design principles to optimize digital experiences and establish a distinct, branded visual identity. Stay current with design trends, accessibility guidelines, and technical standards to keep the product line modern and competitive. Conduct user research methodologies and usability testing to inform solution design and translate insights into data-driven UX/UI recommendations. Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, Analysts, and QA to align project scope with user needs and business goals; present and defend design decisions to stakeholders. Work within Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) using lifecycle tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or Rally. Preferred exposure to the Insurance domain.
