Job Summary
Lead design efforts for the Sydney office, creating intuitive mobile app experiences tailored for the Australian market while designing our global sports betting product. Collaborate with senior Australian stakeholders and international teams to explore innovative concepts into cohesive high-fidelity designs and produce comprehensive solutions addressing every platform scenario. Work alongside developers to create prototypes ensuring functionality, communicate design rationale to stakeholders, and ensure adherence to brand guidelines. Maintain global efficiencies while establishing relationships with wider departments, manage multiple projects under pressure, and respond positively to feedback and changing requirements. This hybrid role focuses on challenging market leaders and growing our market presence within the online gambling industry.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive background in app and web product design
- Significant commercial experience
- Strong visual portfolio showcasing product design, including advanced graphic work
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch, Figma or similar software
- Deep understanding of design fundamentals such as typography, layout and user psychology
- Appreciation of HTML, CSS and front‐end development principles
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in physical and virtual contexts
- Proven ability to conceptualise innovative ideas and problem solve
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Experience of working for a global brand
- Knowledge of betting, sports, and the local market
