Job Summary
Lead design efforts for the Australian team, creating intuitive mobile app experiences tailored to the local betting market. Collaborate with senior stakeholders and global designers to explore innovative concepts, produce high-fidelity designs covering every scenario, and create functional prototypes with developers. Communicate Australian trends, present design rationale to stakeholders, and ensure adherence to brand guidelines while maintaining global efficiencies. Manage multiple projects under pressure to meet tight deadlines, fostering a culture of innovation through positive feedback integration.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive background in app and web product design
- Significant commercial experience
- Strong visual portfolio showcasing product design, including advanced graphic work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch, Figma or similar software
- Deep understanding of design fundamentals such as typography, layout and user psychology
- Appreciation of HTML, CSS and front-end development principles
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in physical and virtual contexts
- Proven ability to conceptualise innovative ideas and problem solve
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Eligibility for inclusion in the Company's hybrid working from home policy
