Job Summary
Design end-to-end user experiences across web and mobile for enterprise tools and B2C marketplace. Own the full design arc from research to high-fidelity UI in Figma; partner daily with Product and Engineering to shape what gets built; lead user research and usability testing; build and evolve a scalable component library and design system; balance user needs, business goals, and technical realities, while communicating design decisions clearly. You'll work on both enterprise workflows and B2C marketplace dynamics, emphasizing reusable components, system-level thinking, and a strong portfolio showcasing your design process.
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 6 years designing digital products with UX fundamentals
- Proficiency in Figma and ability to build and ship enterprise/B2C product designs
- Experience shipping enterprise products with real workflow complexity
- Experience designing for B2C marketplace dynamics (search, discovery, conversion, trust signals)
- Ability to think in systems with reusable components and consistent patterns
- Strong communication of design decisions to non-designers
- A portfolio that demonstrates design process not just visuals
- Bonus: experience in agile teams, HTML/CSS/React familiarity, accessibility and inclusive design perspective
- Bachelor's degree in design or related field (preferred)
