Job Summary
Design modern and intuitive user interfaces for enterprise web and mobile applications using Figma, creating user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes. Translate business requirements into user-centric design solutions while developing and maintaining design systems and reusable UI components. Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Developers, and QA teams to ensure responsive, consistent, and accessible experiences across all platforms. Participate in usability testing to continuously improve product usability. Bring 3–5 years of experience designing enterprise applications, banking systems, or ERP/CRM tools.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in CSE, Software Engineering, Multimedia, Graphic Design, or a related field
- 3–5 years of professional experience in UI/UX Design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating web and mobile application design
- Expert proficiency in Figma
- Strong understanding of UX principles, user journey mapping, information architecture, and interaction design
- Experience designing enterprise applications, banking systems, ERP, CRM, or large business applications
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience designing Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Financial Services, or Enterprise Applications
- Knowledge of Material Design and modern design systems
- Good understanding of frontend, React.js, HTML, CSS, and responsive design
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar collaboration tools
