Job Summary
Conduct live online classes teaching UI/UX design fundamentals, prototyping, and usability principles to beginners. Introduce students to tools like Figma, Canva, or Adobe XD while explaining color theory, typography, and design thinking through visual examples. Provide hands-on practice tasks, creative design challenges, and class summaries, then review learner work to share constructive feedback. Maintain engagement throughout sessions using virtual whiteboards and digital teaching aids. Requires stable high-speed internet, a quiet environment, and a quality microphone/headset for clear communication. Offers a flexible remote schedule with competitive compensation based on experience.
Required Qualifications
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of UI/UX design principles
- Hands-on experience using Figma or Canva
- Ability to teach design composition, alignment, balance, and usability
- Clear communication and ability to explain visual concepts simply
- Strong internet connection, webcam, and quiet environment for online classes
- Stable high-speed internet connection
- Quiet, professional home studio setup
- Good quality microphone/headset
