Job Summary
Design, develop, test, troubleshoot, and operate modern web applications, APIs, backend services, and integrations using Angular, TypeScript, C#, and cloud-native services. Build intuitive, performant, accessible user experiences while collaborating with product, UX, and infrastructure partners to navigate ambiguity and manage risk. Work with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and observability tools to deliver reliable production software, incorporating AI-assisted development responsibly. Maintain ownership of design decisions, security, and maintainability throughout the full lifecycle. This role supports the Product Development team in delivering well-tested, resilient services and user experiences in a fully remote environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience
- 3+ years of professional software design and development experience
- Strong frontend development experience with Angular preferred, or comparable modern frameworks such as React, Vue, Next, or Nuxt
- Solid understanding of frontend architecture, state management, responsive UI development, asynchronous programming, and reactive patterns such as RxJS or Redux
- Experience with backend development using C# and modern .NET, preferably .NET 8 or later
- Experience with RESTful APIs, API gateways, authentication and authorization patterns, SQL and NoSQL concepts, and cloud-native services
- Experience with CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, monitoring, and testing practices using tools such as GitHub Actions, Bicep, New Relic, Application Insights, Jasmine, Cypress, or Playwright
- Hands-on experience using AI-assisted developer tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or GitHub Copilot, with the ability to evaluate AI-generated code critically and produce maintainable, well-tested software
- Demonstrated experience developing production mobile applications for iOS and Android, including requirements interpretation, application design, implementation, testing, debugging, release support, and ongoing maintenance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate deployments, document decisions, mentor teammates, and make sound tradeoffs while operating through ambiguity
- Limited corporate travel may be required for business meetings, events, or other company needs
Desired Qualifications
- Azure experience is a plus
- Node.js, TypeScript, Scala, or functional backend experience is a plus
- Familiarity with LLM integration concepts, reusable AI workflows, MCP-enabled capabilities, Kafka, or event streaming is a plus
