Job Summary
Asset Manager for Liquid Products Team responsible for managing and maintaining the loan portfolio of Ultra-High Net Worth clients, including Securities Based Loans (SBL) and Life Insurance Loans. Responsibilities include modifications, renewals, and annual reviews of credit facilities; performing credit analyses of financial statements and collateral; producing credit memoranda; coordinating with Lending Transactors and Credit Risk Managers; monitoring covenant compliance, collateral valuations, and impairment/portfolio metrics; and contributing to process improvements within Tailored Lending. Based in Salt Lake City, UT.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 3-5 years of lending and credit experience in private bank, investment bank and/or commercial bank
- Experience in accounting and finance
- Detail oriented with exceptional analytical skills and ability to understand complex financial statements and loan structures
- Experience with troubled debt restructuring and non-accrual loans a plus
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to interact with individuals on all levels
- Ability to meet deadlines and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to collaborate effectively with related parties across the firm
