UGI Technical Manager

Job Summary
Assist chairside UGI customers by facilitating training, providing technical support for restorative solutions, and participating in treatment plan consultations. Process communications timely, record interactions, and facilitate laboratory-facing interactions on specific case needs while working with vendor partners to advance programs. Participate in department meetings to share customer feedback and train potential new team members for the UGI Focused Team. This hybrid role requires 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday hours, with subject-to-change availability. The position offers comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, 401K, and tuition reimbursement. Candidates must have five years of dental laboratory experience and strong communication skills to support the growing National Dentex team.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a dental environment
- Must be highly experienced in restorative solutions to provide full-service restoration recommendations
- Must be highly experienced within all areas of the dental laboratory including CAD/CAM, Crown & Bridge, Removables, Ceramics and Implant Restorations
- Must be highly motivated and knowledgeable in esthetics, occlusion, dental materials, and case design
- Must be comfortable conversing with dental clinicians, general practitioners, and specialists regarding all aspects of case planning and execution
- Must have computer skills including typing and familiarity with Microsoft Office products
- Verbally communicate in person and via telephone-maintaining a positive demeanor
- Verbally communicate with all levels of staff-maintaining a positive demeanor
