Job Summary
Prepare and clean construction sites by removing debris and hazards, then load and unload building materials for use. Operate equipment and machines while assisting tradesmen to complete skilled tasks more effectively. Identify utilities and monitor dig crews to prevent utility strikes, and maintain equipment by cleaning and restocking trucks with necessary supplies. This role operates in a field environment requiring extended periods of bending, squatting, and lifting up to 50 pounds in various weather conditions. Candidates must hold a valid driver's license with a preference for a CDL Class A. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Must be able to bend and lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Clarity of vision at 20 feet or more or 20 inches or less, with the ability to judge distance and space relationships
- Precise hand-eye coordination
- Ability to identify and distinguish colors
