Job Summary
Direct meat and seafood associates by providing expert product knowledge, maintaining department signage, and managing case rotation and inventory logs. Collaborate with the Pricing Coordinator to ensure pricing integrity, schedule team members, and monitor sales and labor metrics. Uphold safety guidelines, report equipment issues, and complete all required training while adhering to dress code and company policies. This role requires lifting 60 lb. boxes and handling sharp instruments in a medium-physical environment with good vision and hearing. Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift 60 lb. boxes on occasion
- Must be able to exert 25-60 lbs. of force frequently
- Must be able to exert 10-20 lbs. of force constantly
- Must have dexterous use of both hands
- Must be able to stand and move about to various workstations
- Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull items
- Must be able to use knives and other sharp instruments utilized in the preparation of food items and/or removing product from boxes
- Good, corrected vision
- Good, corrected hearing
- Ability to stoop
- Ability to kneel
- Ability to work on floors that sometimes become slippery
