Plan and deliver structured, effective group fitness classes with clear cueing, safe choreography, and real-time adjustments. Educate participants on proper form, modifications, and contraindications while ensuring safe equipment use and studio guidelines. Welcome new members, motivate all fitness levels, and operate sound and lighting systems. Set up and store equipment, record hours accurately, and communicate member feedback to the Program Manager. Secure substitutes when necessary and promote gym programs and special events. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor throughout.
