Job Summary
Drive sales execution by coaching General Managers on key performance metrics, accountability, and financial results. Lead fitness operations by overseeing private coaching sales, program quality, and recruiting fitness managers. Oversee club operations, ensuring budget compliance, facility standards, and successful new club openings. Partner with senior leadership on talent development, succession planning, and personnel decisions across sales, fitness, and operations. Travel up to 25% to domestic/local clubs for trainings and meetings. Relocate or reside in Northern California. This position serves as a regional liaison to Vice Presidents of Sales, Fitness, and Operations, working closely with cross-functional leaders to standardize processes and ensure alignment from the field to Corporate.
Required Qualifications
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of UFC GYM
- Ability to train and educate new and existing managers on a variety of strategies
- Excellent and proven ability to communicate effectively with a wide array of people
- Proven ability to self-manage, quickly assess situations, offer guidance and persuade through coaching
- Strong relationship focus and positive collaborative attitude
- Ability to mentor and train development associates and collaborate with internal leaders
- A self-starter who needs little direction; is highly self-motivated
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Strong track record of implementing and executing tactics to achieve key strategic initiatives
- Results oriented and achievement motivated
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Possess a working knowledge of the DotFIT, ABC, Datatrak, and fitness equipment and programs
- Willingness to travel up to 25% to domestic/local clubs, trainings and meetings
- 5+ years of experience in increasingly senior leadership roles within a fitness club
- Prefer multi-club operator experience
- Must be willing to relocate or reside in Northern California
Desired Qualifications
- Background in fitness industry and affinity for health and wellness preferred
- College Degree preferred
