Job Summary
The MMA Sales Manager leads growth of private training and specialized combat-sports programs while delivering a premium member experience. Responsibilities include selling private/small group sessions, managing the Turn-Over process from front-desk sales to coaching staff, hitting revenue targets for combat training and supplements, prospecting and converting members, and supervising coaches to achieve financial goals; also overseeing scheduling, policy compliance, and daily operations to support a high-performance fitness environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of related experience in fitness sales, hospitality, or retail management
- Current CPR/AED certification
- Must possess at least one nationally recognized fitness certification
- Education: High School Diploma or GED
