Job Summary
MMA Sales Manager responsible for driving revenue growth across Private Training, Small Group Training, and Supplements, leading the turnover from front-desk sales to specialized coaching, and coordinating with coaching staff to ensure a premium member experience. Drive monthly revenue goals, conduct member prospecting (in-person/digital), present training options, convert introductory packages into long-term programs, and manage the client pipeline. Oversee scheduling, supervision of coaches, and member service within the Coaching Department, while enforcing policy, coordinating with operations, and maintaining a flexible schedule including mornings and nights. Requires hands-on knowledge of Personal Training techniques and Mixed Martial Arts proficiency, CPR/AED certification, and a relevant fitness certification; High School Diploma or GED required with a 4-year degree preferred. Location is Waipahu, HI, US (on-site).
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of related experience in fitness sales, hospitality, or retail management
- Experience in employee relations or staff supervision preferred
- Current CPR/AED certification required
- Must possess at least one nationally recognized fitness certification recognized by UFC GYM
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; a 4-year degree in a related field is preferred
