Job Summary
MMA Sales Manager at UFC GYM oversees driving revenue growth for Private Training, Small Group Training, and Supplements, leading sales tours, member prospecting, converting intro packages to long-term programs, and ensuring a seamless hand-off to coaching staff. Responsibilities include pipeline management, coaching coaches to meet financial targets, handling member inquiries, scheduling client lifecycles, and maintaining policy compliance. Requires minimum 2 years in fitness sales/hospitality/retail management, CPR/AED certification, and a recognized fitness certification; High School Diploma or GED required. Flexible, active on the fitness floor, with ability to supervise and coordinate coaching staff, manage equipment and facility upkeep, and maintain a schedule including mornings and nights.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of related experience in fitness sales, hospitality, or retail management
- Current CPR/AED certification
- Must possess at least one nationally recognized fitness certification recognized by UFC GYM
- High School Diploma or GED
