Job Summary
MMA Sales Manager at UFC GYM drives revenue growth for Private Training, Small Group Training, and Supplements, leads the Turn-Over hand-off from front-desk sales to coaching staff, and ensures a premium member experience. Responsibilities include conducting fitness tours, prospecting, presenting training options, converting packages into long-term programs, managing the client pipeline, tracking measurements, supervising coaches, resolving member/employee issues, scheduling client appointments, and maintaining compliance. Requires at least 2 years of fitness sales or related experience, CPR/AED certification, and a nationally recognized fitness certification; HS diploma or GED is required with a 4-year degree preferred. Availability includes a flexible schedule including mornings and nights.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of related experience in fitness sales, hospitality, or retail management
- In-depth knowledge of Personal Training techniques and Mixed Martial Arts proficiency in Striking and Grappling
- Current CPR/AED certification required
- Must possess at least one nationally recognized fitness certification recognized by UFC GYM
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; a 4-year degree in a related field is preferred
