Job Summary
Drive revenue growth for Private Training, Small Group Training, and Supplements by owning monthly sales targets and leading the transition from front-desk sales to specialized coaching. Lead fitness tours, member prospecting, and conversion of introductory packages into long-term programs; manage the Turn-Over from sales to coaching staff to start members with an action plan. Build a dedicated client base through outreach, track progress for members, and oversee supplement booths or seminars. Supervise coaches, coordinate scheduling and client life-cycle management, ensure service excellence, and enforce policies while maintaining a flexible, seven-day availability. Ensure daily facility upkeep and collaborate with operations for repairs and maintenance. Maintain CPR/AED certification and stay current with applicable fitness credentials; possess a High School Diploma or GED with a related-degree preference.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of related experience in fitness sales, hospitality, or retail management
- Current CPR/AED certification
- At least one nationally recognized fitness certification (recognized by UFC GYM)
- High School Diploma or GED (4-year degree preferred)
