Job Summary
Drive revenue growth for Private Training, Small Group Training, and Supplements; own monthly revenue goals; lead fitness tours and member prospecting, present training options, and convert packages into long-term programs; ensure a seamless hand-off from front-desk sales to coaching staff; manage pipeline and client base including measurements and supplement booths; supervise coaches and coordinate with Regional MMA Manager to align training and member service; handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure policy compliance; manage client appointment lifecycles, staff schedules, and timekeeping; maintain a flexible schedule including mornings and evenings to support operational needs.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of related experience in fitness sales, hospitality, or retail management
- Experience in employee relations or staff supervision preferred
- Current CPR/AED certification required
- At least one nationally recognized fitness certification recognized by UFC GYM
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; 4-year degree preferred
