Job Summary
MMA Sales Manager responsible for driving revenue growth for Private Training, Small Group Training, and Supplements at UFC GYM; lead fitness tours, prospect members (in-person/digital), present training options, convert introductory packages into long-term programs, and ensure a seamless turn-over between front-desk sales and coaching staff. Manage pipeline, build a dedicated client base, and oversee scheduling, staff time-keeping, and coaching team performance. Collaborate with the Regional MMA Manager to motivate and supervise coaches, provide member support, and enforce policies while maintaining a flexible Monday–Sunday schedule. Requires hands-on knowledge of Personal Training concepts and Mixed Martial Arts skills, plus CPR/AED certification and applicable fitness credentials.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- CPR/AED certification
- nationally recognized fitness certification
- 2+ years of related experience in fitness sales, hospitality, or retail management
