Job Summary
UFC GYM MMA Sales Manager responsible for driving revenue growth through Private Training, Small Group Training, and Supplements. Lead fitness tours, member prospecting, and conversion of introductory packages into long-term programs; manage the Turn-Over process from front-desk sales to coaching staff; build a dedicated client base through outreach and oversee supplement booths or seminars. Supervise coaches alongside the Regional MMA Manager, ensure service excellence, handle member inquiries, and manage client appointment lifecycles, staff schedules, and time-keeping. Enforce corporate and club policies, oversee daily facility operations, and maintain a flexible schedule including mornings and nights. Requires minimum 2 years of relevant experience, CPR/AED certification, and at least one fitness certification; High School Diploma or GED is required. Location: Hilo, HI, US (on-site role with standard scheduling).
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of related experience in fitness sales, hospitality, or retail management.
- Current CPR/AED certification required.
- Must possess at least one nationally recognized fitness certification.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
