UFC GYM MMA Sales Manager

MMA Sales Manager is responsible for selling and conducting Private Training and Small Group Training, driving revenue for Private Training and Supplements, and delivering excellent member service. The role includes prospecting to generate complimentary appointments, managing client programs and scheduling, administering supplement sales and tracking progress, coordinating with coaches, and ensuring compliance with club policies while helping the club hit monthly revenue goals. The position requires availability seven days a week (morning and nights), solid knowledge of MMA techniques, customer-service focus, strong organizational skills, and leadership capabilities to supervise staff and coordinate scheduling.
