UFC GYM MMA Sales Manager

UFC GYM MMA Sales Manager drives revenue growth for Private Training, Small Group Training, and Supplements, oversees the transition from front-desk sales to specialized coaching, and leads pipeline management and member prospecting. Responsibilities include conducting fitness tours, presenting training options, converting introductory packages to long-term programs, mastering the Turn-Over process to ensure immediate action plans for new members, supervising coaches in collaboration with the Regional MMA Manager, handling member inquiries and resolving issues, and managing client appointment lifecycles, staff schedules, and time-keeping. The role requires enforcing policies, maintaining facility operations, and sustaining a flexible schedule (including mornings and nights) to support operations. Qualifications include a minimum of 2 years in fitness sales/hospitality/retail management, CPR/AED certification, at least one UFC GYM-recognized fitness certification, and a High School Diploma or GED (bachelor’s degree preferred). The position is based in Waipahu, HI, US, and involves on-site duties at the gym.
