UFC GYM Fitness Sales Manager

The Fitness Sales Manager is responsible for selling and conducting Private Training and Small Group Training with members, achieving monthly revenue objectives for Private Training and Supplements, and overseeing club administration and scheduling. The role requires 7-day availability including mornings and nights, supervision of coaches, customer-service excellence, prospecting for new client appointments, and maintaining up-to-date scheduling records and client communications. Oversees revenue-generating activities such as seminars, workshops, supplement booths, and client onboarding, while ensuring policy compliance and coordinating with clients on sessions and calendar management. Physical duties include standing and lifting up to 45+ lbs as part of daily responsibilities. The role reports to the Fitness Manager/General Manager and collaborates with coaching staff to attain daily, weekly, and monthly financial goals.
