Job Summary
Lead Fitness PT sales and private training programs at UFC Gym, driving revenue from Private Training and Supplements while ensuring a positive member experience. Manages scheduling and club operations, coordinates with coaching staff, protects member satisfaction, and works to achieve monthly revenue goals. Requires 7-day availability including mornings and nights; builds value in PT packages, conducts tours and prospecting, signs training agreements, and oversees administrative duties. Must demonstrate strong customer service, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills; proficient with basic Word/Excel and familiar with scheduling systems; CPR/AED certified with a high school diploma or GED and a related four-year degree preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of Personal Training techniques from assessment to program design
- Ability to operate and adjust all Fitness equipment
- Knowledge of company policies, practices and procedures including emergency and safety procedures
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer service focus
- Clear and concise communication
- Strong organizational skills
- Basic computer proficiency in Word and Excel
- Adhere to meal and rest break periods and clock in/out for shifts
- Minimum one certification from organization recognized by UFC Gym
- Current CPR/AED certification
- High school diploma or GED
- Four-year degree in related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of related experience
- Experience in management/employee relations preferred
