Job Summary
Drive revenue growth for UFC GYM by selling training sessions and supplements, leading fitness tours, and owning monthly revenue goals for Private Training and Supplements. Oversee the transition from sales to coaching, supervise fitness staff to meet brand standards, manage member service and scheduling, ensure policy compliance, and maintain a flexible early-morning to nightly schedule for a 7-day operation. Requires CPR/AED certification; a nationally recognized Personal Training certification is a plus. High School Diploma or GED is required. Strong communication, objection handling, and relationship-building skills to turn prospects into long-term members.
